The Ferals is now a Registered Biodiversity Gain Site

We’re pleased to confirm that The Ferals is now live on the Natural England Biodiversity Gain Site Register.

Following completion of Natural England’s due diligence process, our site has been formally registered and is available for allocations to support off-site Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) requirements.

The Ferals provides off-site BNG units secured via a Section 106 agreement and managed for a minimum period of 30 years, in line with the Environment Act 2021 and the Biodiversity Gain Site Register Regulations.
